forgotten order unfriendly agent
The location was alright. It was close to the main attractions with handy shuttle services.
One afternoon, i ordered lunch for an early pickup. the front desk guy forgot to tell the kitchen. so, no lunch for my hike! the same guy wasn't super friendly at check-in either. What a letdown.

Acceptable stay, with a few issues.
faulty tv loud kids
The restaurant offered fine dining.
The TV didn't work. It was programmed to the wrong room. The steam room wasn't working, and loud kids were in the pool. It wasn't ideal.

Excellent Amenities and Convenient Shuttle
convenient shuttle friendly staff large bathtub
The staff was very helpful and friendly upon arrival. The shuttle service to the lake was very convenient. I appreciated the large jet bathtub in my room. It was great.
I noticed the smell of cleaning solutions throughout the hotel. This was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is within walking distance to local shops. A nice short walk over a small bridge provides access to a river. Free parking is available at the hotel!

The room included a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules. An electric kettle was also available, with a variety of tea bags. Daily water bottles and granola bars were provided. The shower was spacious and clean.

A restaurant-bar is connected to the hotel, and tasty food is served there. They provide complimentary tea and coffee in the morning. The bar is a cozy space and the food is good.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing information when needed. The front desk staff was pleasant, and the shuttle staff were quick and always smiling. They met our needs. Staff are attentive and friendly.
